Children aged three years or older by September 1 are eligible for admission. Siblings and children of alumni are given priority.

There are three simple steps to our admission process:  

Information Night: Parents interested in becoming part of the Sequoia Nursery School co-op experience should start by attending Information Night at the school on January 28th from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Reservations are not required. For more information, please call our Membership Chairperson, Cirila, at (510) 597-1917.

School Tour: Throughout January and February, we offer tours to parents whose children will be eligible for the incoming September class. Tours run from 9:15am to 10:00am, and we encourage you to bring your child.

Submit an Application: Forms are available at Information Night, after a tour, and will be posted here on the website after January 28. Applications are due by the end of February. Acceptance and waitlist letters are sent out in mid-March.
