Sequoia Nursery School is a parent cooperative preschool providing play-based learning opportunities for young children since 1947.

Sequoia Nursery School, a non-profit, parent cooperative preschool, is located in a beautiful park setting of the Sequoia Lodge in Oakland, CA.

We are a community of about 30 families, a director, and a teacher, working together to create an ideal, play-based environment for children to grow emotionally, physically, socially, and intellectually.
